How to make a booking?
1. Choose your desired hotel/workspace and timeslot.
2. Fill your personal information (eg. Name & mobile number) and complete the payment process with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or other mobile payment methods.
3. Go to Orders page to view y
What are the payment methods?
You can use any of the payment methods below to process your bookings in our app:

Can I cancel my booking?
We currently do not offer any cancellations or refunds unless the merchant fails to provide the space.

Can I modify my booking?
We currently do not allow modification on any booking, unless the merchant fails to provide the space. You are encouraged to review the booking details before payment.
Refund
After we process your refund, it may take up to 12 days for the bank to post the credit to your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for that credit to show on your statement.
Is my booking confirmed?
You can refer to the Booking Records tab to check the status, it should take no longer than 30 minutes for the merchant to confirm/reject your booking.
How do I Check-in?
Present your ID Card (or passport if you are a foreigner), reservation confirmation code & pay the deposit (if required) at the front desk.
How much is the deposit?
Some hotels may require a deposit from customers and it's a standard practice in the hotel industry. It usually ranges from HK$500 to HK$1000.
When will my deposit be released?
Your deposit will be refunded to you in full when you check out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges you've accumulated during your stay.
After I paid using PayMe, the booking record cannot be found / the booking cannot be completed / error message popped up.
No worries. The amount charged due to any incomplete booking will be refunded in full to your PayMe account within 5 minutes.
The reasons for a failed PayMe booking are as follows:
